Martin relocated to the British Virgin Islands in 2003, joining Hyperion in January 2008. Prior to joining the firm, he gained significant management experience in the UK, having a graduating university with an honors degree. Martin provides niche expertise in the formation and ongoing administration of captive insurance vehicles. He also is responsible for the brokering of diverse risks from professional indemnity insurance to directors and officers insurance for fund structures; national catastrophe coverage, to the structuring of large nationwide group health insurance plans and life insurance for HNW’s. He is responsible for the management of Hyperion’s operations. whilst being a key client liaison officer and primary point of contact for the insurance, reinsurance and fronting carriers Hyperion works with.
